If you’d like to Trade at our Scooter Rally, then please read the information below prior to submitting the application form at the bottom of this page, thank you.

TRADE STALL HOLDERS: In general only traders selling scooter parts, scooter related products, Scooterist scene clothing etc. will be able to trade at our scooter rally. We may also accept some other types of stalls but this will depend on availability and what you are selling. You will not be permitted to sell food or drink.

Each Trade Stall ticket cost £35.00 plus the Skiddle booking fee which includes a pitch up to 10m and one wristband. If you require more than one wristband you will need to purchase them separately. Children 15 and under are free. Your trade stall ticket also allows you parking for one vehicle next to your stall and to pitch one tent next to your stall. Extra vehicle parking can also be purchased separately.

If you would like to have a trade stall at the Big 7 Scooter Rally 2023 then you will need a unique password to enable you to purchase your ticket online from this website. To get your password please complete the form at the bottom of this page and submit it to us. We will then email you back with your password so you can buy your ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL TRADERS WILL REQUIRE THEIR OWN PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE you will not be able to pitch your stall without proof of you public liability insurance. 

FURTHER INFORMATION: Our Dealers Market and Parts Fair has expanded rapidly over the years and is now located inside and outside of the venues. If you are trading outside, please bring your own gazebo or covers in case of showers. Please ensure all gazebos, covers or trading tents are securely anchored down or they will have to be removed. If you are in the outside market and require electricity, please supply your own generator and power leads. Power leads must be covered to protect those walking nearby, power leads or ropes not covered will have to be removed. Traders located inside a venue will be able to use the electrical sockets. Inside and outside choice will be on a first come first served basis. If you require an inside pitch, please notify our market organiser as soon as possible as these are limited.

Please buy your pitch as soon as possible or you may be disappointed and end up missing the chance to trade at our rally. You will not be able to buy your tickets on the gate on the weekend, you can only buy your pitch prior to the event. Entry and setup for TRADERS ONLY is from 9.00am on Friday 14th July 2023
